Change the thing you can and accept the things you cannot change

 Today we had bounce back  and we were talking about do your best to keep trying to solve problems andch things you don't like in your life, but know when it is time to accept what you can't change. Sometimes you can't change a situation because it i not with in your control. There is no point in getting upset over what you can't change  - as it won't make any difference to the situation. Helpful phrase include That's the way things are and i will just have to deal with it! That was all that we were talking about Today.
